At Leopard Intertrade, our heat resistant rubber conveyor belts are built to perform under prolonged exposure to high temperatures without cracking, hardening, or degrading. Whether you're handling clinker, coke, furnace ash, or red-hot sintered materials, our belts are designed for long life and reliability.
Our product line includes belts certified to DIN 22102 heat-resistant grades T1, T2, and T3, as well as our proprietary HR300 Ultra Heat grade, engineered for continuous operation up to 300°C. HR300 is built to meet all mechanical performance criteria under DIN 22102 (tensile strength, elongation, abrasion) while offering extended thermal resistance beyond the standard’s highest defined heat classes. And if your application requires something outside the conventional specifications — we can customise construction, fabric, cover grade, and dimensions upon request.
Reliable Thermal Resistance
Withstands up to 300°C continuous and 360°C peak heat (HR300), resisting thermal ageing, shrinkage, and hardening.
DIN 22102-Compliant Performance
Grades T1–T3 fully conform to DIN 22102. HR300 maintains DIN mechanical integrity while surpassing the thermal limits defined in the standard.
