Oil-Resistant Cover Rubber

LP_EP-OR.jpg

Oil-resistant cover rubber grades are engineered for conveyor belt applications where exposure to oils, fats, and greasy materials can degrade standard rubber compounds. In such environments, conventional rubber may absorb oil, leading to swelling, softening, and accelerated deterioration of the belt surface.

Formulated with specialised oil-resistant compounds, these grades reduce oil absorption and maintain structural stability under oily operating conditions. This helps extend belt service life, reduce maintenance requirements, and ensure reliable performance across a wide range of industrial conveying applications.
