Rayong Province | 16–18 May 2025

From 16 to 18 May 2025, Leopard Intertrade held its annual company outing in Rayong, bringing colleagues together for three days away from the routine of work to rest, recharge, and reconnect. The outing reflected our belief that strong teams are built not only through day-to-day collaboration, but also through shared experiences beyond the workplace.

A Change of Pace by the Sea

Set along Rayong’s tranquil coastline, the trip offered a welcome change from the structured rhythm of everyday operations. With a deliberately unhurried programme, colleagues were encouraged to slow down, enjoy the surroundings, and engage with one another in a relaxed and informal setting. Alongside time by the sea, light beach activities and unstructured moments together helped create natural opportunities for conversation, laughter, and connection across departments.

Day Two: Island Hopping and Snorkelling

The second day of the outing was marked by a boat trip to nearby islands, including Ko Mun Klang, and Ko Thalu. Snorkelling in the clear waters around the islands became a highlight of the trip, offering colleagues the chance to explore the marine environment together and enjoy a shared sense of discovery.

The experience naturally encouraged teamwork and mutual support, with colleagues looking out for one another and sharing moments of excitement throughout the day. Away from the usual work setting, these interactions strengthened relationships in a way that felt genuine and unforced.

Strengthening Our Culture

At Leopard Intertrade, we recognise that a strong organisational culture is built on trust, understanding, and connection. Annual outings such as this are an important part of nurturing those values. By creating space for colleagues to interact beyond their formal roles, we reinforce the sense of unity and collaboration that underpins our work every day.

Returning Recharged and Aligned

As the Rayong outing came to an end, colleagues returned to work refreshed, reconnected, and more aligned as a team. The shared experiences—from time by the coast to island snorkelling—serve as a reminder of the importance of pausing, reconnecting, and moving forward together.

Because when our people feel connected, our organisation moves forward with strength and confidence.
